HMSR DA, first Integrated Current Sensor with a Sigma Delta bitstream output
LEM has launched the HMSR DA, the first Integrated Current Sensor on the market to offer a Sigma Delta bitstream output.
Offering significant benefits for applications prone to noise, distortion and interference, the HMSR DA is the answer for industries requiring clean signals and challenged by vibrations and electric and electromagnetic noise.
The HMSR DA encapsulates the functions of a shunt resistor, a digital insulator, and a power supply circuit in a single unit, saving space and minimizing costs.
With a resolution of 11 to 13 bits and featuring a 10MHz clock, the HMSR DA is ideal for applications that demand a high resolution output, including standalone servo drives, robotics, sewing machines, automated guided vehicles, and CNC machine tools.
As engineers strive to reduce the effects of noise in their applications, the flexibility and ease of use of the LEM HMSR DA helps ensure their success.
