Complete B6 inverter reference design for ACIM and PMSM motor drives
Developing high-efficiency motor drives requires a power stage that combines performance, flexibility and ease of evaluation. The EVAL_10KW_B6_SIC400V is a complete reference design for three-phase B6 inverters up to 10 kW, supporting both AC induction motors (ACIM) and permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) applications.
